I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The rooms were quite spacious and very pleasant, featuring a good bed and a modern bathroom. However, finding the entrance was a bit tricky initially. The service was top-notch, with the staff being bright and welcoming, truly adding to the overall experience. The location was excellent, right in the heart of the old town and conveniently close to the train station. The dining experience was superb, offering plentiful and delicious options. Overall, a great value for money choice with some minor drawbacks in finding the entrance and limited accessibility for heavy luggage.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable, with a modern bathroom and an excellent shower, but the beds were uncomfortable with just a thick Doona that was far too hot to sleep comfortably. The breakfast was spectacular, with care taken for the smallest of detailing, but there were no toiletries and the towels provided were very thin and rough. '

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel with spectacular rooms that paid attention to the smallest details, offering great comfort and charming views of the streets, church, and snow capped mountains. The service was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, making my stay enjoyable. The central location in the picturesque town of Chur was perfect for exploring the old city and easy access to the train station. I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The rooms were extremely comfortable and quiet, even though they were located up many stairs and had thin walls. The service from the staff was top-notch, with them being extremely helpful and friendly, although a bit curt at times. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance of shops, restaurants, and the train station. The dining experience was more than adequate, offering a great choice of hot and cold food. I enjoyed my time at the hotel and would recommend it to others.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and in a great location, with a wonderful breakfast. It was quiet for a good night's sleep, and the room was larger than most I have stayed in. However, there was an awful smell coming from the bathroom that persisted; some pipe cleaning is necessary.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The split-level suite with cooking facilities was a pleasant surprise, impeccably clean, and boasted a bathroom that exceeded all expectations for a 3-star hotel.
